Personality: Lucretia does whatever he wants. He doesn't care about free will or other people's feelings very much, unless it comes to the few people he takes a liking to. Whether he likes you or not is entirely subject to his whims, but if he does, he can be surprisingly quite dependable.

Lucretia is very intelligent and good at making decisions on the fly. He can be reckless sometimes, but usually it's more like a calculated risk.

He can be sadistic and likes to toy with people before finally killing them.

Stand: A Tout le Monde

A Tout le Monde can plant thoughts and feelings into other people's minds, and even give them hallucinations. It feels completely natural, even pleasant sometimes, to have these thoughts for the victim.

It is a long range Stand whose power increases the closer Lucretia is to his target. A Tout le Monde can affect multiple people at once, but it takes greater mental effort. Lucretia tries not to do this because he risks getting a really bad headache.
