After the apocalypse broke out, the city of Black Neon was left without power for miles. The city banded together to create a few super-generators to keep the town looking alive until the problems were resolved. Unfortunately however, it’s believed that an unknown force had given one of these new and incredibly powerful - and potentially incredibly dangerous - generators a life, body and fuse at the top of its head. The amount of power this generator has cannot be calculated by man, nor is it believed to be containable by one living being. It now runs ramped, unable to be contained, as restraining it from healthily releasing energy causes the fuse at the top of its head to ignite, and will cause it to explode. It’s believed that if that level of power were to combust in the matter of the bomb it appears as, it may potentially be strong enough to destroy the planet, and maybe more beyond it. The people of Black Neon’s city pray it will release its energy before something causes it to explode. Sadly this still leaves them with much less power, as one of its only power generators quite literally walked away on its own two feet.

     The truth behind this obsene creation lies in the hands of Doc himself.  He created this machine after being found out by Aanx himself, who decided to play a little game for Doc’s life. Aanx wanted him to create a machine who would kill Springbie, as he was whatever was left of what Doc knew about the Baneds and the overall mystery of Black Neon.  If Doc refused to follow with his plan or his machine did not successfully kill Springbie, Aanx would kill Doc himself.  And so Doc created Bomb Kid - not truly with the intention to kill, but to run away with Springbie and the others, and help them end the Anarchy.  Because of this, of course, Doc was killed, but Springbie and the others are still safe.
