Starella

Queen of the starcatcher cats, most are not related to her but given one of the shards from her star armor and endow with powers. Because the power comes from her she decides that they will do and puts them on selective missions. She can get very angry with those who abuse the wishing star's power or disobey her orders.

She has a hatred of Starcatcher's family as they inherited the power and have been causing alot of unplanned destinies with it outside her control.  He is officially banned from his homeplanet as a deserter to her guard.
