Akira is an esper, a member of the EPA who works as one of their lead assasins for his assasination methods involving his electrokinesis. He aspires to be a famous rockstar and is jealous of his sister's technokinetic abilities (that he thinks he could use to attain internet fame). Little does he know, Nozomu Hatori would be his last, unsuccesful target.
