Troubled Face Syndrome is a long-range stand. It appears to be a ball-jointed doll with four sets of arms that start at its shoulder and end at the small of its back. It wears a long, flowing and sparkling skirt that obscures its lack of legs. It wears a split mask that mimics the comedy and drama masks.
It is capable of controlling others via verbal commands from its user, so long as the person in question is being visually or verbally honest in what they express. This effect lasts about an hour, but can be re-induced at any time, assuming the person slips again. It is possible to be snapped out of its control with a sufficient enough physical or mental shock.
