Zinnia's Ownership

Please read the following Rules before purchasing or claiming an adopt/design:

- You CAN make these characters under 18, however, they must not be drawn in NSFW situations of any kind (sexual, violent, etc.)

- If you want to use these designs in NSFW situations they MUST be aged 18 or over

- These designs must not be used for any hateful, bigoted, problematic, etc, circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, ProShip, Loli/Shota, Racist, LGBTQIA+phobic, Beastiality, etc.

- Under no circumstances are you allowed to mint my adopts/designs as NFTs or feed them into datasets for AI art.

- You must credit myself, Ninneko, for the design when applied, the artist stated for the base used and/or the artist for the design* (*when applicable) this also applies for the individual art pieces themselves.

- When you purchase a design of my own creation you are free to use it for commercial and non-commercial usage, regardless of stating beforehand or after the fact. This does not apply to designs I am reselling or re-gifting which were made by another artist or a base was used. If you would like to use one of those designs commercially you will have to clear with with the other artist in question first. Commercial use can include, but is not limited to, VTubers, Merchandise, etc. An increased price will not be applied when using the design for commercial purposes, however tips are greatly appreciated.

- If you no longer want an adopt or design made by myself, you may resell*, trade or re-gift. *You may only resell at the same price or lower, unless you have commissioned/drawn work of them, then the price can be determined by you estimating the combined prices of the commissioned work as well as any other drawn work. However, don't sell for more than it is worth.

If you are found breaking any of these rules you will be blocked and will be refused service from me for anything in the future, including commissions. I try to be as relaxed as possible with my terms, so I am very strict with enforcing the few that I do have. You will also be blacklisted and will not be allowed to receive any of my art or designs, even through others.
