Volt is a crocodile with a wrench, a screwdriver, and a dream. He is one of the only electricians in the city and is often occupied with keeping the city's main powerlines stable. Due to his natural affinity with electricity, fixing such problems come intuitively for Volt. He has a kaleidoscope of butterflies assisting him where his little legs cannot reach, although Volt has gotten progressively better at scaling the city powerlines. He has also been introduced to a number of the city's flying folk perched on the wires.

On day offs, Volt enjoys visiting the local vendors including Sundae and Avec who show their appreciation of his work with a free ice cream or lemonade. He is known as a cheerful and hard worker among TOTWAN and is greeted warmly by many, often remembered for quickly responding to a citywide power outage after a spontaneous accident set fire to the powerlines. Someday, Volt wishes to become a gardener for his butterflies to roam free comfortably.
