Neptunia

Neptunia is a curious space explorer, though the galaxy she resides in are much different than our own! Think something very y2k-esq, the advertisers in her world using eye-catching neon floating holograms that flood the sky, and small glowing creatures that like to float about. The cities are also floating and the many important buildings glow neon. 

Neptunia wants more than anything to own her own space ship and explore further, but for now she is more or less stuck close to her floating galactic city to sate her hunger for exploration.

She can propel herself through the air using jets of blue fire that come out of her boots.
