In public, Donovan is rather shy and closed off. Despite working at a bar, he is usually tries to avoid eye contact and spends most of his shifts to himself. Despite this, he has a strong sense of justice and intervenes with any wrongdoing he sees happen in the bar without hesitation. When around Consequence, he is shown to be quite bubbly and sarcastic when talking to them, teasing the demon frequently. Pazuzu's possession changes Donovan's behavior massively when the former gains control, as he becomes erratic and sadistic. When luring in victims to attack them, he abuses Donovan's looks and acts overly flirtatious to make unsuspecting citizens fall for him. - Appearance
Donovan has dark blue poofy hair and wears a light-blue button up shirt with a purple vest on top, with a pink tie and buttons to top it off. He wears dark purple baggy pants and white shoes. - Likes
Backstory
Coming from an extremely religious family, it’s a little ironic that Donovan would end up being possessed by a demon. His parents had not been fond of him after he started to exhibit signs of possession, and the attempts to “cure” him had left him bitter and susceptible to the demon’s will. Fortunately, he was too young at the time to do any real damage. Years later, Donovan left his parents as soon as he started to discover more about himself, as he knew that his identity would upset them. His fear of his family overruled his fear of the unknown, and so he looked to New Slide City for a chance for a fresh start. A mentor had taught him how to man a bar, and with a little work he was able to make a name for himself. Unfortunately for him, his looks attracted a lot of unwanted attention, which had given the demon a perfect lineup of victims to fuel it. The demon using Donovan as a host had one desire; cause chaos and destruction in its wake at all costs. Rendering Donovan unconscious was when it used his surprisingly accurate weapon handling and strength to cause a string of murders in the town, which it covered up to everyone but its host. Leaving Donovan the faint memories of its destruction had taken a heavy toll on his psyche, allowing for the cycle to continue. The demon’s abuse of his host did not last long, however, as another entity from the underworld, Consequence, intervenes.

- ● Donovan's name used to be Dane, making his name a play on words for Dangerous.
- ● Originally Consequence and Donovan never knew eachother, and Donovan was dating Judas. This storyline was trashed.
