A seemingly foreign Howltar, he's very mysterious and reserved with something about his aura unsettling... Supposedly, he's assumed to be in a constant dreaming state while his eyes are always closed. Though on the outside, Lucius can be somewhat conscious and talk to others, as well as remaining very adept physically. His dreams will also affect how he may react and act in situations. If he's having a nightmare, he might show to be panicked or snappy—or simply distressed overall.

Please draw him with his bandages and eyes closed (and the mask shape 🙏), though unless specifically specified, do not draw his horn.
His stardust is simple and specific: one V shaped alignment atop his head with one central star while on his tail, there is one more V shape but the surrounding stars can be however randomized as you'd like!
As extra note, there is a red marking at the top of his head where his horn would be (and only seen slightly when his horn is formed) and around the bottom of his eyes. Extra reference of this can be seen in other images in his gallery ^^
