AND I TEND TO BE A LITTLE UNCOMFY ABOUT PURGING DESIGNS YOUVE GOTTEN FROM ME DUE TO THE CHANCE OF THE CHARACTER GOING TO SOMEONE THAT I EITHER DO NOT SUPPORT OR WOULD GO AGAINST MY TOS. But this DOESNT mean you can’t regift or retrade, just please be careful who they go to 🙏

NO RESELLING ANY DESIGNS FROM ME FOR MORE THAN YOU GOT THEM UNLESS THEY HAVE ADDED ART. FREEBIES AND GIFTS STAY AS FREEBIES, ADOPTS STAY AS WHATEVER YOU OFFERED ORIGINALLY, AND DESIGN TRADES ALWAYS STAY AT 1 CUSTOM, CHARACTER, OR PIECE OF ART. AGAIN THIS CAN ONLY BE CHANGED IF THERE WAS ART ADDED TO A CHARACTER AFTER. YOU CAN NEVER SELL MY DESIGNS FOR MONEY/CURRENCY.

If you have a reason you’re going to break this part of the TOS for, please please please ask before you do (friends and character trades are an only exception to this, as long as it’s been a little over a few days after getting it DIRECTLY FROM ME) ALSO PLEASE LEMME KNOW IF YOURE PUTTING A DESIGN OF MINE UFO I WILL MOST LIKELY WANT IT BACK,,,

Please, please never use my designs for nsfw, NFTs(as in making NFTs with the design in them) , or any BIG controversy. I do NOT want to be linked to that kind of shit. I’d like to keep my healthy lack of drama and anxiety please. 

feel free do to whatever else you want to do with them. Draw gore, shitposts, throw them into Minecraft or FNF if you want. If you want them as a sona feel free to, or wherever else you wanna put them. Yes you can use them for stories.
