**Ambers TOS:** Here is the stuff that I will accept for adopts or OCS : -Digital art -3D art -Customs (sometimes) -deviantart points -OC trades (I am picky) I do not accept ❌ -Traced art -stolen ocs -art using a base unless it’s a ych i agree to accept as a payment -Basically anything stolen -Gacha -Money **Design/OC TOS:** -do not resell my designs right after you buy them or get them from me -If you wish to resell a design like a custom that I’ve made you or a character that you’ve gotten from me that I made **please ask** if it’s a character that still has sentimental value to me I can do a art payment(s) for you to get that character back -please don’t resell my characters without asking -Do not sell my characters to anyone who is blacklisted or anyone that I do not want owning my designs you will be blacklisted -I have the right to refuse your offer if you are being rude and or unfair or inconsiderate -if you offer on a character and you are offering art you have one week to complete your payment. If you need more time do let me know in advance and we can talk about it. I can always give extra time if needed. I am a patient person. -If you want to redesign a character that you have gotten from me pls ask usually, I don’t allow people to redesign customs that I make for them though especially if I worked very hard on it -if you get a character from me and I tell you, “if you ever lose interest in the character, please do give it back and don’t resell it or I can do a art payment for you” and you resell it to someone else I’m going to be very unhappy
