captain of the jackdaw pirates and nauticus's sworn enemy

she is a tough, brash, and determined pirate, and never cowers in the face of danger, even in the most perilous of situations. she is also a very loud and rambunctious thrill seeker, giving her a tendency to be reckless and cocky at times. despite this, she is a skilled and experienced captain and almost always leads her crew to victory.

she is quite hedonistic and greedy. she loves food, treasure, and mermaids. however, the most valuable treasure in her eyes is her crew, who she sees as family and are very near and dear to her. she would never admit this though, as she hates talking about her feelings!

she had wanted to be a pirate like her father ever since she was little, and would often tag along with him and his crew. however, her father always told her that she wouldn't be cut out for the pirate life due to it being a "man's job." she grew up to be a pirate despite this, and strives to be an even better one than her father was.
