Eschler is relatively shy and softspoken individual but he can be loud and outspoken when he needs to be. He's a huge history buff and is very kind and understanding of different viewpoints (even if he doesn't like them). He's good at negotiation and settling disputes and somehow manages to be friends with just about everyone.

History

Eschler was around before the sudden shift to democracy and when his species was far more primitive. He was originally a farmer and took care of children in the clan. He considered becoming a doctor down the line once that profession became popular but he never ended up pursuing it. His current job as president and ambassador of his species was sort of sprung on him out of nowhere one day by one of his village elders. Apparently there was a consensus among 85% of the population that he should take the role and after some deliberation and training he accepted.
