Khnum

Khnum was born on Lothal in the Outer Rim in 86 BBY to two gotal farmer parents. At an early age he was found to be Force-sensitive and inducted into the Jedi Order.

Khnum was very apathetic in their Jedi training from a young age, being quiet and reserved. His clanmates were more than nice to him, but he just never found the joy in friendship and stuck to honing his Jedi skills and doing what he had to do with his destiny as a Force-sensitive.

Despite appearing rather unmotivated in their Jedi studies, Khnum completed his trials and became a Jedi Knight in his early-20s. In Khnum's time as a Knight, he came to meet and befriend the Jedi Master Count Dooku. The gotal was intrigued by Dooku, interested in his wisdom and lightsaber sparring prowless, and also his viewpoints which Khnum much agreed with.

Unbeknownst to anyone else in the Jedi Order, the two started a romantic relationship.

Khnum felt quite lost once Dooku disappeared from the Jedi Order. Despite not knowing quite yet where his lover had gone (though he had a guess it had to do with the Dark Side), Khnum left the Order as well sometime in 32 BBY.

He disappeared and flew to Raydonia in the Outer Rim, where he started making a living making clothes as a tailor. They hid their past as a Jedi, not wanting to get involved in anymore "peace-keeping."

Khnum settled into their quiet life as a tailor, seemingly having left his past behind him, until Dooku found him and sought him out. The two immediately became lovers again, their feelings for each other having never disappeared. Khnum moved to live with Dooku on Serenno as his personal tailor and suitor.

Khnum and Dooku would keep their close relationship for most of the Clone Wars, but under the watchful eye of Dooku's Sith master, Darth Sidious. Khnum knew the chancellor didn't quite approve of their relationship.
