-kind of stand-offish with most people. if you're an obviously punk and/or queer adult he's more likely to open up. if you're already friends he's kind of a prick but in a friendly way.
-doesn't really like kids.
-spent a while living as a butch woman. still has many friends from those circles.
-pretty much only goes to temple for the more important holidays. he always shows up for the high holidays, the others are kind of a 50/50 shot. sometimes he'll get inspired and be like, "i'm going to change completely and turn my life around for the better" and tries to live a moral life and show up weekly to temple and get new hobbies but it never lasts.
-history of dangerous activities. some call it risk taking behavior he calls it having fun. jury's still out on who's right.
-has a very slight accent (northern english) from when he was a kid and lived in the uk (his dad's british). kind of hard to tell because of how long he's lived in the states and also he's got a generally rough voice from smoking too much. he's quit now. (mostly.)
-loiters around boxing gyms.
-bird guy. he likes to bird watch.
