Aster Kelaunn

Aster grew up in the mountains of the Gaule Clan. The moon feys are a race of lycanthropormorphic elves, not to be mixed with lycanthropes; what separates them from lycanthropes are the fact that they can change at will, and they have shining fur that reminds people of the moon. They are shamanistic, very spiritual with their practices. They are closed off to outsiders and prefer to live in secluded areas that they call their own territory. Aster is the son of the head shaman, and was learning to be the next head of the clan.

Moon feys are constantly hunted for two reasons: their fur for materialistic aesthetic needs, or to be sold as trophies.

Aster’s clan was once attacked by poachers when he was very young, and under the chaos half of his clan got separated and has yet to return. His childhood friend, Gala, was one of the people that were a part of the ones that were separated.

He’s very stiff and closed off. He isn’t much of a teamplayer and prefers to do things his own way; which tends to result in a lot of rash decisions and violence. He’s, clearly, very strong but is a bit self conscious about it, in a sense, because it was the same strength that also killed his parents… But hey, it’s a living. While his clan was actually together, he displayed more charismatic leadership qualities. Aster would put himself in danger to protect others, and his duty is priority over everything. If anyone else were to ever break his anti-social shell, he’s a good loyal friend for life.
