Nerys is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail.
Titled the "Spider Lily Princess" by many, she an infamous and pecuilar woman who works as a traveling mortician, offering her services to anyone in need of a funeral. However, her enthusiasm towards the afterlife and death are rather off-putting. Despite this, she is considered to be hauntingly beautiful.

- There are many rumors about Nerys. Some of the most popular are ones where she uses cadavers as sacrifical offerings, others believe her hidden eye is missing, some rumors even say her assistants are undead that she brought back to life.
- The flowers Nerys wears are both flowers that are often associated with death and/or funerals. Spider Lilies are heavily associated with death and the afterlife, while Orchid symbolizes eternal love, and is often given at funerals to offer condolences.
- The woman in the mourning jewelry on her cape is implied to be a family member of hers.

Born in Abbey Wood of New Londinium, Nerys was raised by a single mother who ran a funeral service, from a very young age she was exposed to the concept of death and the afterlife. However, where others would aim to shield their children from it, Agatha always encouraged Nerys to ask questions about the funeral home and why people die. She would only go into the details of preparing a body when Nerys was a bit older, but she did not hide anything from her daughter, as death is a natural process and should not be feared - that was her view on it.
Because of this, Nerys grew up with a fascination with death and the macabre. She learned to question everything, to be curious. Many in Abbey Wood thought she was odd for this, and often criticized her mother for how she was raising Nerys - telling her she would frighten away future lovers with her attitude. Agatha never paid them any mind, as her daughter could choose that for herself when the time came. When Nerys was fourteen, she asked her mother if she could work with her in the funeral home. Due to the laws, she wasn't allowed to prepare bodies in the morgue, but she was allowed to work the front desk, where she was then exposed to many of the various reactions and responses to death. There were people who were torn at the pieces, barely holding it together as they filed out paperwork across the desk. There were people who kept it together, but Nerys could tell by their red eyes and quivering lip they were only being strong for appearances' sake. Then there were the people who looked as if they'd rather be anywhere else - those who truly did not care for the one who passed away, like they were almost glad that person was gone. Nerys didn't know how to feel about those people.

Nobody knows how exactly Nerys met Jianyu, but he's the one who keeps Nerys in check and has to apologize when she disturbs potential customers. Although Jianyu may complain about Nerys' way of handling things, he says that her dedication to normalize the concept of death and for more people to embrace it rather than run away from it is admirable.
Eden and Nerys share very, very different opinions on life after death, to the point where people wonder how they work together with their viewpoints. Eden can't seem to understand why Nerys can be so cheerful about a place that - to him - does not exist, and perhaps his sole reason of working for her is to one day see what she sees.
Nerys' little brother, a rising idol signed with the IPC. She claims to be his biggest fan and will go out of her way to travel to planets to attend his concerts. She owns all of his CDs and proudly shows them off, much to the embarrassment of her assistants.
