~Bio: Jagger grew up in a low class home to a single mother and an absent father. As soon he was old enough he got a job and started to support his mother and provide for her until she got sick passed away before he was 400. Since then he went off on his own and moved to the big city, taking up jobs as security or a bartender to make ends meet. Biff was his first actual friend he met in the city and his go to drinking buddy. He met Ace sometime after and they formed a friendship as well. When he started to struggle with finding a more permanent job Ace offered him an opportunity to make some money and he immediately took it. After being pulled into the criminal world Jagger never went back and soon the two formed a gang of criminals, Jagger even taking Biff along too as one of their first members.
