FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO DRAW SEA OTTERS!!!!

lives in a kelp forest doing Sea Otter Things TM. no school no responsiblities just crack shells and hold paws

mostly chill but can and will bite you (watch out !)

shes just a funky little guy

design notes:
 - bandanna can be any color + tied either in the front or the back
 - sciera can also just be plain white idk what i was doin with her eyes
 - design aspects r pretty fluid in general
 - little heart shaped marking on right cheek only
 - relatively young so its blonde's still coming in - more grizzled on chest + reaches to mid-belly
 - scruffy fur
