Personality
Raleigh is fluent in the language of the city and knows how to navigate its streets and its people. A minor figurehead of the Brujah Clan, her authority and reach make her a well-known individual despite her recent lack of public appearance. While she has sweet and nurturing exterior, she is secretly cripplingly lonely, fearful, and restless, prone to being hypervigilant of her loved ones’ whereabouts and lashing out when threatened.

Matthias Kane
Raleigh’s childe and best friend. They met eight years ago and she embraced him after it became too dangerous for her to get close to a mortal. She gives him a sense of purpose and direction, as he is prone to putting his head down and going on autopilot for years, and enjoys taking care of him. She’s a bit too overbearing for her own good, however, and doesn’t realize he loves her in his own language without her needing to hold on so tightly.
Eros Mannerist
The other member of the Coterie. Eros has recently been displaced from Queens - the major Toreador hunting ground - and has come to Bushwick to lick their wounds. Raleigh enjoys soothing them and giving them a place to stay and perhaps depend on.
