♡ if you are reselling/trading my adopts on toyhouse, you can only do it for the same price or lower (unless you got comms and such for them)

♡ if you originally trade directly from me, the char can’t be sold unless extra art was added (comms)

Please specify in the transfer how much you resold for or if it was a trade etc

Do NOT delete or private the character on toyhouse

Do NOT take the character off the toyhouse to sell/trade etc

Do NOT use my characters for any hate speech or for NFTs

♡ you cannot sell a raffle adopt or an adopt you got for free even if you comm art of them

If you adopt a lil skele character from me, you are NOT allowed to change their features or colours of their bones, thank you!

Commercial use 

Once you buy commercial use, you may not resell or trade or gift the character in any way.

If you want commercial use, I charge double the price of the adopt you purchased added onto the original price of the adopt

So if you bought an adopt for 30$ for commercial rights, the total would be 90$ (30$ adopt price + 60$ commercial use)

If you want to make a vtuber out of my adopts, I will charge commercial use for it
