Trivia

  • Always has her stick around, either in her hair or in her hands. It's called "Bebe".
  • Personal placeholder character, representative mascot, and probably an elusive anomaly that the American government spent half their resources on containing.
  • May possibly be in any universe. May even be in ours. Watch out.
  • Don't believe in her existence.

Design Notes

  • Often glitches and distorts a lot.
  • Purely black and white, excluding her red accents.
  • A short, stubby child build-wise.
  • Seems to have rarely blinking, cat-like eyes whenever seen in real life.

History

A game more elusive than Killswitch, Polybius and Petscop. So elusive that it's unnamed. Literally, the executable file literally doesn't have a name.

[ ] is a name commonly used for the game and character herself, though, as it sometimes showed up in-game when referring to either's names. It was a surprisingly well-built roguelike game when played at first, with a simplistic black, red and white color scheme. The character [ ] fights eerie-looking entities on top of a moving train with a weaponized stick. Compared to "official" art, [ ] has no visible eyes in-game. After finishing 5 levels, the game simply ends with nothing but a "GAME OVER" screen.

Those who played the game often claimed hearing or seeing [ ] or its entities around in real life or while using other applications. Several tests conclude that these hallucinations often come in short periods, yet they can feel extremely vivid. This persists for a while before the hallucinations slowly decrease in number before completely dissapearing when people forget the existence of [ ]. Aside from constant paranoia or anxiety from victims as the figure of [ ] haunts them, nothing else notable or serious seems to happen.

No one is sure of why this happens. In their visions, [ ] could sometimes be seen staring at mundane things, climbing shelves or generally acting like a curious kid. I've personally seen her pop in and out of existence in my games or digital art pieces. Perhaps for being in an unnamed and leaked game for so long she just wanted to exist... somehow.
