Ceri

Ceri is a hyperbeing and warlord. She controls an entire imperial sector and has proved impossible to dislodge. She does not command a large force, instead asserting control over her fiefdom personally. Ceri is of great annoyance to the emperor, who views her fiefdom as an enclave of evil in his glorious empire.
