Backstory: The result of a secret tryst between a Unicorn stallion and a Kelpie mare, Dylynn couldn't survive underwater. Her mother sent her to her father, where the herd named her "The One who emerged from the Sea". She stands out in both coloring and diet. (The whites and creams she inherited from her sire, the greens and browns from her dam.) While pure Unicorns eat bark and leaves from airy trees like birch and willow, she dines on tart and sour vegetation, leading to her nickname: Dill, for her favorite plant. Regarded as both a slight outcast and a curiosity, she tends to keep to herself as she tries to create a potion that will allow her to blend in in either of her parent's environments.
