About:  

Papyrus is the owner of Mobius' biggest library that has been existing for hundreds of years, nobody knows when they opened it, but it feels it always has been there. Everyone thinks of him as a little old man who takes cares of the books, but in reality he's an immortal guardian that was given the task to watch over the most dangerous and ancient books, thing that nobody knows. His research and extended knowledge made him look for some old artifacts that accidentally made him immortal at the cost of one thing; becoming the guardian of a group of books with ancient runes that could cause a great catastrophe, said books are very well hidden in a cavern under the library.

Relationships:

• Dr. Eggman: He ha been alive for so long that he met Dr. Eggman when the human was just a little kid who visited the library, smiling at the thought of someone so young being so intelligent and eager to learn. Nevertheless, he never imagined that the doctor would become a dangerous person later on... and feels kinda disappointed about that. He still remembers seeing Ivo walking out the library with a tall pile of books.
• Dr. Starline: There's a very small and secluded group of people who are allowed to get in the secret and prohibited area of the library (The Arcane Society) where the books with obscure and hidden knowledge are stored and Dr. Starline is one of them. Papyrus knows who Starline used to be, but didn't got to know about Star's employment with Eggman, reason of why he never lost his access to the area despite his criminal acts. Starline, on the other hand, trusts Papyrus and goes to him whenever he needs to research important, and very secret, information. Starline's name on the society is Cornelius.
