Personality:

Venice is a rather stern figure. Being the second-in-command captain of a court's archer and firearms division, she is a figure of both respect and loyalty. She's rarely smiles, always keeping a straight face when she's around her peers. Venice is known to be easily irritated but hard piss-off. If you do push her to her limit, she will raise hell. While she's a cold individual, she has a soft spot for the natural fauna seen on Earth and on Hell and is quite motherly towards Gunpowder, a demon she kept under her , metaphorical, wing.

Backstory:

Venice is what you would describe as a "Hell-spawn", a type of demon that begins its existence by materializing out of thin air. Due to her spontaneous introduction to the world, her role in Hell's society was already dictated to her, to hunt down those who harm nature for sport. From the moment she picked up language, which was only a few days of existing, she was already sent off to attend Hell's military academy.

Growing up, she was already dedicated to her predetermined role in society. She knew, from a young age, that if she were to choose a role in society that wasn't under the military of Hell, she would lose support from the militia that funded her education. She was quite distant from her peers, while she had the advantage of being highly intelligent in her studies, she fumbled multiple opportunities of developing friendships outside of her peers from the military.

By the time she left school she immediately began serving under Hell's court as a marksman; As years went on, she began climbing the ranks until she reached the position of "Second-In-Command" under Hell's archery and firearms division

A few years before the events that happen in the present, she was assisting the first-in-command captain in gathering resources of their uniforms throughout the millenias. From this, she met Gret Bruigel and from there she began going out of her comfort zone and began pursuing a romantic relationship with her. Somewhere around this period she was also introduced to Aspic who she formed a platonic bond; the two share a romantic relationship with Gret.

A year before the present, a young soldier named Gunpowder, who was around the age of 19 years of age, was assigned to serve the same court she works for. Gunpowder in particular caught Venice's attention as she was reminded of her youth whenever she interacted with the rookie marksman and from there, she began guiding the young man to avoid the same pitfalls she had in her youth.

In present time, Venice balances her militia life and personal life. She still yearns for a day where she can settle down, enjoy the flora and fauna of the living and the dead but as of now, she must focus on her responsibilities and the people she keeps close to.

Trivia:

- Venice has a thick Italian accent

- Much like actual deer, Venice immediately started walking upon 10 minutes after existing.

- Although Venice's body is made of pure metal, her insides is like that of a biological organism, filled with organs and blood.

- The metallic shell that coats her body is comparable to that of a carapace of an insect, turtle or mollusk.

- Venice has a second pair of eyes and a second mouth located on her chest. It is usually dormant but activates whenever she becomes "beastly"

- Venice's attire was based on traditional British hunting attires (which is ironic due to Venice's Italian coding)

- Venice's design and personality is heavily inspired by Dr. Livesey from Osamu Tezuka's adaptation of "Treasure Island"

- Another major influence for Venice's personality was Captain Amelia from Disney's "Treasure Planet"
