'Anomalies' can vary from monstrous unrecognizable creatures to very sentient beings with a mutation or 'power' that doesn't quite fit in with nature. (Lionblaze's 'super strength'/dovepaw's 'super hearing' would be considered anomalies for example). Clover/moth have captured/smited beings in the form of galaxies, and beings that had entwined themselves into a 'natural' life, even having family bonds and offspring. -- if an anomaly has a 'natural' offspring, the brothers would not concern themselves with them.
