🌌 – Lord Nightwing

lord nightwing is a stallion with a long, sad story.

he was born an alicorn, although he was imprisoned in a great war many years ago. as an act of pure hatred, his captors removed his wings - he still has not recovered emotionally, and his physical scars remind him of that day each time he looks in the mirror. 

after he returned to his home, nightwing lived in isolation for years. he couldn't bear to have his followers see him without his beautiful wings. so, he created a spell which donned him a set of fully functioning wings. they aren't identical to his original wings, but they give him a sense of pride. 

each night, the stallion flies into the sky to create new constellations amongst the stars. he is an artist and tells his story through his work - if one looks hard enough, they may be able to piece together his story.
