Govoner of Naran. That is, he's supposed to be in charge of the town. Just because his eyes happened to be like that. 

He's rather passive about it though; most of the time he'd much rather chill and bingewatch those nerdy shows he's into than doing any important town mayor stuff. It's not like he asked for it. Due to this, his originally nocturnal sleeping schedule has kinda flipped on its head, and he lets Ailah, his successor, think he did it just for her sake. But nah. It was vaguely accidental and he did that to himself. It's not really good for him, as he's rather sensitive to sunlight. Kind of like a vampire, but not really.
