Personal information: genuine, optimistic, caring, happy... Highroad is all of these and more, he cares for his comrades and tries his best to protect everyone. He is very open and will talk to everyone and anyone. He also has a love of weaponry and to him nothing is more reliable than a well cared for gun. However this welcoming attitude means he takes losses very personally, often feeling guilty if others are hurt and while he won't voice these concerns they do trouble him greatly until he eventually bursts. He's also quite oblivious to subtlety in conversation such as when someone is trying to be sarcastic.

Highroad believes in the Autobot cause with his entire spark. Nothing is more important and that’s what pushes him to give it his all no matter what. However his happy personality rubs some bots the wrong way and he unknowingly annoys most with his constant stream of chattering. He doesn’t let it bother him though when he’s told off, he wants everyone to be comfortable and if that means yelling at him then he’s fine with it.  Hes likely to simply laugh and smile about it even; Highroad will go as far as to make a fool of himself if it means someone’s happy and tends to act rather clumsy and bubbly.
