Somehow got one scale of shenran and accidentally planted it
Manages to grow it into a shitty tree which grows one to two small balls every 4 months.
(these have miniscule power and cannot change big things, but can like...give you one senzu bean. or a car. small wishes.) (this is how Chivvez gets his unbreakable shovel)
There is, in fact, a small lizard granting a wish-he's awfully mean tho. Once the small ball is used, it turns into sand.
