The original design for Sei'ku, circa 2008, involved him being a gryphon shifter. He had a full gryphon form as well as his gryphon hybrid form. This was originally for a private fantasy roleplay.
Later in 2010, he was introduced to an adoptable site known as AAA when my roleplay partner became one of the artists for the site and persuaded me to join by gifting me an adoptable of Sei'ku. Here, he lost his shifter characteristic, but remained a hybrid creature called an Anima.
As of 2016, he has been reworked once more as an aasimar for DND. Since that change, he retains none of the lion based qualities of a gryphon, instead focusing on a celestial avian heritage.
The art pieces here should not be used as a primary reference, as he no longer has the pawed feet or tail.
You may reference his hands and arms in these images as the ones with the AAA watermark are the most accurate.
