Thistle

WIP!!


Personality: Very unlike what others would expect from a Pixyn. Thistle is prickly, irritible, snarky, and rude. Gives off an aura of unapproachability at all times. Has serious trust issues and struggles with self-worth which manifest defensively as her harsh mask. Underneath the thorns there is a fearful, fragile flower.

BUT, this grump has one weakness, and that is Cress (see her Links page!). She doesn't entirely know why, but she absolutely ADORES Cress, and it is easy for her to be nothing but kind and helpful to them. She gets all fluttery and bubbly and shy around Cress, and will happily do anything they ask. Cress is unsure of what to think about it, and is honestly confused about her constant presence around them. She tends to try to be nicer to Cress's friends too, but she also gets easily jealous so it's a coinflip on how she might behave towards them. Cherish's aura of calm does tend to work on Thistle though, thankfully. Sometimes others don't take Thistle's threats seriously due to how small and cute she is; instead they find her sassy attitude to be endearing (which she despises).

Backstory stuff: Cress's home is often avoided due to others thinking it's haunted, but, it just turns out Thistle was living in their backyard. In other words, it's haunted by Thistle. She would stay hidden and use her nature powers help strengthen Cress's garden whenever they weren't around. Her harsh aura is probably what other xyn were sensing and it made them stay away. Hopefully now that she's revealed herself and is a bit kinder around Cress, others won't be so afraid to visit anymore!
