Koyo-avu is the Huntmaster of his tribe during the war between the loyal Thei and the Hedoranai. Like other Shkii, he wanted to stay out of the whole affair since the Shkii traded with the Hedoranai. However, in the end he decided that they remained loyal to the Theian Emperor and convinced his tribe to cut themselves off from the Hedoranai.
