Angeles ; sweet, demure, considerate. An argentinan pup raised as a bait dog, his handler's daughter fell in love with his lavender eyes and asked to keep him. Her amusement with him dwindled, replaced by newer facinations - angeles was turned to the streets. he's faced many hardships - tired paws carrying him back and forth, an unwelcome stray ; one of hundreds. How he came to live in a a quiet suburb in New York is unknown. anyone who knew angeles would agree he was a sweetheart, a gentle dog that would give the fur on his frame to anyone in need; allowing him to live comfortably and undisturbed. However, his demeanor hadn't always been so tender. While crisscrossing through alleyways a large man cornered angeles - a butcher, thinking he was rummaging through trash as countless strays, cats, and other critters alike had every night for weeks on end and he had had enough. Angeles managed to flee, broken and bruised - voice hoarse from his cries of anguish. A young man came to try and assist him, but upon extending his hand something in the poor dog snapped - the years of pain, hunger, and mistreatment driving a hot iron rod into his side ; his teeth closed, a metallic taste of which only his own he had tasted before, but not this time. Angeles has never been able to live this down. It has affected him greatly, but he's learned to think before he acts - no matter the danger in store for himself, and has vowed to never hurt another creature. He enjoys spending time in the community garden, ocassionally stepping outside the boundaries of the neighborhood he's found refuse in - an wreath of flowers frequently adorns his neck, tokens of gentle creatures that have come to love him.
