Cadogan is the constable to King Castiel and Queen Devorah of the kingdom of Lior.
He mainly handles all of the queens dirty work regardless if it's wrong or right. He would do anything for her mainly because he secretly loves her. Since Cadogan always sides with the queen it's made many, including his son and Tera, not really trust or like him.
Cadogan is pretty shady and can be brutal. Anything and everything he does is to benefit the queen.
