hi! i made this bulletin to say ive added another extra thing to my tos, the other tos bulletin will be deleted eventually ! Update: 

-  do NOT immediately trade my designs away when you just got them or put them up for trade the moment you get them, it annoys me heavily and will get you warned but if it happens twice you’ll get temporarily blocked. (3-4 days ?)

-  you are free to eo / put my designs up for trade after the character is THREE days old , basically a 3 day cooldown  . 

-  do NOT humanize my designs or give them a heavy unrecognizable redesign . imo, humanizing stuff just makes me annoyed. same with intense redesigning.small redesigns / modifications are alright as well but as stated please don’t give the character an unrecognizable redesign !! humanizing/redesigning my design completely will get you blocked. turning them anthro is okay. i don’t create characters for them to be turned into humans.

-  DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS / ART FOR ANY TYPE OF ADVERTISEMENTS, I WILL ASK IT TO BE REMOVED / REPLACED.

- if i sell a character to you, please do not sell them for more than their worth / price you got them for . you will be confronted although if you try to reason poorly you will be blacklisted & blocked on spot. art received from trades / gifts does not higher the value / worth although commissioned artwork does as well as personal art.

- DO NOT SELL MY DESIGNS IF YOU GOT THEM THROUGH A TRADE AND THEY DON’T HAVE A WORTH YOU WILL BE BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED.

- you are free to hide my designs but please authorize me ! id like to keep track of stuff i’ve made and it’ll lead me to think the character was deleted !!

- please do not trade / give my designs to anyone offsite ! i just really don’t like the idea of it + you will get warned if you do :’)

giving ANY of my designs to the people below will result in YOU getting blocked . 

Kortana - confronted them nicely about how i didnt want my designs to be traded / sold when they were given for free & asked if the character could be returned to either my main or alt if it was no longer wanted. they deleted my comment & even had the audacity to favorite my characters right after as if they didnt just delete my comment?? alright 🤷

also! people have been hiding or doing god knows what with my designs without authing me which tells me they’ve either ignored the tos rule, or just didnt read the tos at all :’) PLEASE AUTHORIZE ME IF HIDING ONE OF MY DESIGNS. THIS HAS HAPPENED ATLEAST 4 TIMES NOW.

i can sell my designs for however much i want. but its usually between 5-20$

if i sell one of my designs to you, that means they have a worth. but if you give that character away for free the worth will be dropped to 0 if that characters worth is above 10$.
