❥ You may trade/resell/gift my designs to others. If they are resold/traded to someone offsite, please let me know who the new owner is.

❥ Commercial usage of designs made by me is not allowed UNLESS we have discussed it beforehand. This applies to designs that were revamped/changed!!! Please still ask me.

❥ Do not sell a design made by me for more than you originally bought it for unless they have commissioned/extra art that can be added to the worth of the character. Additionally, a design made by me that has been obtained via trade or freebie/gift cannot be resold unless you've added on commissioned or personal art towards the character's worth.

❥ Editing a design (change in gender, colors, species, clothing, etc) is allowed, but you must still credit me as the original designer.

❥ Do not use any art made by me UNLESS you own the character being depicted in the artwork, if you're commissioned the artwork from me, or if you have my permission.

❥ You may not put your own rules onto my designs. E.g "This design MUST be sold with ___."

❥ My art may NOT be used for NFTs or AI art under any circumstances. If you're found to be using artwork made by me for any of these, you will be blocked and blacklisted immediately. No exceptions.

❥ My designs may not be resold for DA points or any other cryptocurrency/game currency.

Breaking these terms of service could result in you being blacklisted from owning/using any designs made by me. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me :]
