Mao comes off as cold and calculated on job, trying her best to suppress her personality as part of the performative aspect of her job (her co-works dress in the same outfit with the same mask). Off-duty however, she's a bit of a firecracker! she has a crass and mischievous personality and likes to be lazy when shes by herself.
