This character is not human for those who mistaken her as human. She is a rabbit, horse, tiger hybrid, she's supposed to have a rabbit nose and ears.

Jun is a time manipulator. 

Jun is mortal, but her power slows the process of aging. 

This is what keeps her alive, if someone were to take her powers away, she would age and die at a rapid pace.
