Reta Koss rules the neighboring city, Carvesburg.

She is a fierce ruler who likes to make sure that everything is set in order. She was raised to hate the nearby city, "New Elk City" (the city that Mint & Peep takes place in.) She is an excellent fighter, and has been training her entire life to fight. 

She is a very unhappy person, and deep down she's confused as to why. She rules over a kingdom, she has great fighting skills, this should be everything she wants? Right??
