RESELLING/TRADING/GIFTING

Reselling is allowed.

You may not resell the adopt for more than what you have paid unless you have commissioned or produced additional artwork of the adopt. 

You may trade the adopt.

You may voucher the adopt. 

You may regift the adopt.

EDITING

You are free to make edits and redesigns of the original adopt so long as core concepts of the adopt remain recognizable. 

Toyhouse patrons must keep the original reference sheets/artwork within the adopt’s gallery. 

You are not allowed to create twins/siblings/children/parents that are carbon copies of the adoptable design and sell/retrade/gift as separate entities.

My artwork is NOT allowed to be retraced, copied, or turned into another adopt. 

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I retain legal ownership to the adoptable design and/or species. 

Non-Commercial usage of my adopt is allowed.

You may draw or write a character in a commercial work so long it is not a recurring character, not a main character, and/or they are not a focus of the work.
Example:
Character design used as a background character or filler for a panel = OK
Character becoming the main focus of the book = NOT OK WITHOUT COMMERCIAL USAGE

If you wish to purchase my adopt for commercial usage you must pay 300% of the original fee. 

I, the artist, reserve the right to reproduce the drawing in any way I see fit.

I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself in any place.
To display it anywhere I want to.

Post it wherever I want.
