-ANNS TOS-

By receiving one of my designs, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
Failure to follow these terms will cause appropriate action from my side and a possible blacklist.

-If you own a design created by me you may re-gift, re-sell or trade it. If the value/popularity of the design increased, you have the right to sell it for more than the original base price.

-Once you receive one of my designs, you are the full owner of the "character" and it's design. Only the credit of the character's original design still belongs to me. This means that in case the owner is asked to provide the original creator/designer name, my username/a link to any of my socials is the answer. Me being the original creator and designer does not interfere with your ownership. I don't mind co-owning, however i will sell my design to one specific person and will not help resolve who actually owns it.

-I don't allow characters to ever be sold or traded as NFTs or sold using cryptocurrency however.

-Just don't do anything illegal with the designs you receive from me and you will successfully avoid me taking further action.
If you are breaking the TOS, I will get involved one way or another.

CHANGES TO THE CHARACTER

-You are allowed to change the character visually as much as you want when the character is in your possession (adding/removing/changing markings and colors, hues, different shapes etc. etc.) I however do not take responsibility for any changes that occur after the character is in your possession. If the design changes visually to the point where it's no longer recognizable as the original, please create a second tab to store the old design and it's art there, and ask me for design credits there OR at least keep some sort of credit for the design.

There are overall no limitations and I do not mind what you do with the design once you have it in your possession story-wise either. I however do not take responsibility for any changes that occur after the character is in your possession. 

-I generally don't mind what you commission/draw/write/create of the design you got from me. Saying this however, I highly advise you to not do anything questionable and especially nothing illegal. I do not take responsibility for anything you create/commission after the character is in your possession. Seeing any illegal or intentionally questionable activities will cause me to not sell to you in the future.

-Do not turn any design created by me into a personal or new "species" (this counts as creating more visually similar designs and sell/trade those), specially if they already belong to a set species. If you have such a heavy interest in doing that, please contact me beforehand to get my confirmation/denial - If confirmed, expect me to be involved as an original species creator.

This rule excludes "closed species" and "open species", which you may give a form of the design to, provided the species allows so or you have a MYO slot of it!

MONEY EXCHNAGE

-The buyer always pays through paypal invoicing, with the image of the design attached to it (once you pay, you receive it, so that there is proof the piece was digitally delivered). Once the full payment is received, the design will be transfered officially to you on toyhou.se as well. No illegal chargebacks will be made from the buyer's side via paypal, as this and the paypal TOS specified on the invoice will prohibit you from doing so - please do don't risk your paypal being shut down.

ART EXCHANGE

-When we agree on a design trade for art in return, I usually wait a few weeks before sending a message asking for an update. If you don't answer me within a week, I will cancel the trade with you and move onto the next person interested OR If you don't show any progress or wips after multiple messages back and forth, I will cancel the trade. Even if you already did part of a trade, and don't answer me for weeks and show no further progress, I won't hesitate cancelling the trade. If you reply, I will in some circumstances extend the due date. This is not to rush anyone, but I will not wait for a simple art piece for 8 months.

CHARACTER EXCHANGE

-In the agreement of character trades or swaps (without additions), we will simply trade the characters via toyohu.se trading method.
In case of anything specific I am interested in as payment, we will further discuss in DMs.

These terms will be updating time to time, mostly corrections and better wording - in case of drastic changes that would impact owners of designs (that got my designs before a change), you will be updated and we will discuss on further action then!
