Loving father and cheerful mobster!

When Lingo was young, he was riddled with medical issues due to maladaption with his third eye, bad enough that it was going to bring him an early death-- his skull was too thick to fit the extra nerves and brain matter, and as his brain developed it would eventually grow too big and kill him. His family was poor and unable to pay for the necessary procedures to save his life. But Lingo refused to give up! When he saw Spini win the Tenkaichi Budokai, he sought her out to train and win the next one for the prize money, himself. Instead, she took him under her wing and brought him into the fold of her crime ring, which paid a lot more a lot sooner. He quickly earned enough to pay for his medical procedures, and was no longer in danger of a premature death, but when his family found out how he got the money they turned their backs on him, anyway. But no matter! He made new friends in his new line of work, so it's ok!

At some point he has an unexpected child, but is determined to be a great parent, especially when his partner runs out on them. While he balances his new duties as a parent, he continues to excel in his position as a mobster and slowly climbs his way up the ranks. Officially, of course, his job title is Manager of a moving company.

Lingo's fighting style is entirely self-taught, and he fights opportunisticly. It's built on the idea of never getting hit, so speed and agility are his greatest assets. His third eye makes him more able to keep track of an opponent's movements, meaning he can dodge more effectively and even counter better if he feels he can get away with it. He has more physical strength than the average person, but absolutely no ki control. His skillset is also very well-suited to thievery and heists, which is a big part of his job. On top of all that, Lingo likes to fight. While his style entails a lot of leading his opponent around, the adrenalije that comes with the acrobatics of dodging a dangerous opponent is a thrill he can't get enough of. As such, his demeanor tends to remain jovial and peppy even while he's being attacked.
