Despite being born into a proper orchestra, Mahendra has little interest in the goings-on of his kin. At a young age he took an interest in a beautiful coastal college, putting his legs to good use and marching inside without hesitation. For all the surprise of the scholars in residence, his youth and earnest nature made him endearing; by the time he had reached adulthood, he'd gained quite the education. Accustomed to human clothing, food, and customs, Mahendra occupies himself with field study, roaming the oceans gathering data to sate his own endless need for knowledge. Currently he's studying Bermuda Triangle-like zones across the ocean, and where the lost people and detritus from those strange areas end up; in his travels he's learned quite a bit about ocean currents and seasonal changes, and has been known to stop and assist wayward ships with this knowledge (sometimes to his own detriment). | SPECIES: merlody LENGTH: 7'9" WEIGHT: ???
