Aliens: Kuur

Krur is the personal guard of the king and queen of his home world. He trained along side Noko for years, even wanting Noko as his mate, but that wouldnt come to be. The king and queen were impressed by the young warrior to be, and chose him not only as their personal guard, but as the mate of the prince, Vesper. Unfortunately, there was an attack on the kingdom shortly after. Noko, the personal guard of the prince, failed to protect him, and so the prince was taken. After the prince went missing, and the prince's guard failed to retrieve him, Krur was sent out to find them both. He found them worlds over, living in a seemingly magical circus. As a child, Krur never wanted to be a warrior, his parents were both born of the weaker subspecies, and seeing their youngest son born as the stronger species, they pressured him into becoming a warrior. They simply wanted him to take advantage of his strength, and wanted a better life for him, they didnt know the pressure they placed on him, and seeing as he was the only child of the stronger subspecies born to them (he has 3 older siblings of the weaker subspecies), Krur gave into that pressure, and grew up training to become the best warrior he could be. He lost his childhood to his training, but he excelled at everything he did, he made his parents proud. Now he may be a powerful warrior, but he still feels the pressure from those around him, now even more so being in the royal guard as the king and queens personal guard.
