Comes from a very mixed family but his dad is half Black, his mom is Japanese.

Born in America but moved to Japan for schooling, then returned to America for college and eventually work. No matter where he goes he gets comments about how white his name is.

Unwilling protagonist who would rather be home sleeping until 2pm. Prefers to be a follower rather than a leader and doesn't make decisions very quick. 

He's the newest in the office, and is forced to run all over the office getting everyone coffee, copy papers, and is a walkie talkie for people who dont feel like emailing each other. He hates it but figures its better than being unemployed.
