Now I have this silly idea in my brain but I'm not sure if it's possible so let me know if it is or not!
I was thinking a sorta?? pagedoll of sorts with these two in it together!

But instead of fullbodies I was thinking something along the lines of them sitting in a car together. Any car is fine honestly so I'd let you pick! Where we have a sorta front-side windshield view of them. (Or just a front view whichever sounds the most fun to you!) Just the top half of the front of the car not the full car. Where Charlie is driving with one hand on the wheel while feeding Mr. Hand Man some ice cream. By holding it over to her or with a plastic spoon your choice! Mr. Hand Man would be in the passenger seat.
Extra idea- If you want to make Charlie use both hands to feed Mr. Hand Man while using his knee to drive for a second and he has to wildly steer back on course you can! Or it can be a calm ride. If you'd like to throw some ideas at me I would love to hear them!
And like I've said before If it's not possible I can totally just go with something else! A icon of Charlie maybe fixing his glasses and Mr. Hand Man pops up beside him and barks or licks his invisible face or something! Just let me know what works best for you!
