A librarian obessed with books practically living in the New York Public Library. She struggles to keep her family afloat after they moved to the US, but she's not the best at staying on track at her job working with books. She has a strange fascination with fire, but it's nothing to worry about... probably.

She owns a cheap Subaru Impreza that's really battered down, but it still works and seats four. Rose isn't the type to show all her feelings, and can easily come off as apathetic. She's quite adept at thinking of witty responses to any situation in a matter of moments, possibly due to the large amount of satire she's read. Rose would rather stay in her room and read that go out and participate in social interaction, but she'll do anything for her dear friends.
